Gas Processing

 

PPE has extensive experience in the design and construction of Gas Processing Equipment.  The goal of gas processing is to remove and recover natural gas liquids from a produced stream of natural gas and to control the quality of the natural gas to be marketed.

 

Gas streams from refinery or other processes require gas processing as well to remove liquids and condition the gas stream for its optimum purpose.

Chemical Processing Facilities

 

Plant Process has extensive experience in the design and construction of Chemical Processing Facilities. We can design, engineer, fabricate and install facilities to produce a wide range of chemicals including, but not limited to, the following:

Ammonia is manufactured commercially by reacting hydrogen with nitrogen (3 H2 + N2 → 2 NH3) in the presence of a catalyst under pressure to form liquid anhydrous ammonia (NH3).

 

Chemical processing facilities designed and constructed by PPE personnel are operating today.

Methanol is synthesized by reacting carbon monoxide with hydrogen (CO + 2 H2 → CH3OH) in the presence of a catalyst to generate the liquid methanol (CH3OH).
