PPE's Turnkey Services
PPE clients enjoy the unique advantage of relying on a single firm to design and construct their energy projects. There is a single point of contact and accountability: PPE. With no third party vendors directly accountable to the client, projects proceed as cost-efficiently and quickly as possible.
PPE's 7-acre fabrication shop allows the company to manufacture clients' equipment to exact specifications under the supervision of PPE's craftsmen, quality control inspectors, and engineers. Because no outside vendors are required, there are no price mark-ups passed on to clients. PPE's nearby machine shop is staffed by experienced journeymen proficient in all phases of machinery. We manufacture new machinery parts, and we have extensive experience in re-application of and rebuilding of used compressors, pumps, and mechanical systems. Once parts have been reassembled, they are systematically tested to ensure parts integrity and compliance with the original manufacturer's standards. The machinery is then returned to new unit conditions with new warranties. All vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, and other structures manufactured by PPE are fabricated under applicable codes, including ASME certification. In addition, all vessels carry national board certification and registration. PPE further ensures the quality and safety our clients' products by requiring that all craftsmen working in our fabrication and machine shops submit to drug screenings. |
