Clark Kennedy
Founder and President
Mr. Kennedy founded PPE in 1974
drawing on his wealth of experience in the engineering and manufacture of refining, gas treatment, chemical,
power generation, and green energy technology equipment. Clark has designed and built facilities
worldwide and has earned a reputation for honesty, professionalism and creativity that is reflected
in the team he has assembled and the successful projects completed by
PPE.
Stephen Kennedy
Vice President and Engineering Manager
Stephen has been an integral part of the success of
PPE from its very beginnings. He instills a high level of professionalism and creativity to
PPE's projects from their initial design and engineering through the manufacturing process and the
startup of completed facilities.
Stephen has many years of experience in refining, gas treatment, chemical, power generation, and green energy
technology.
Ken Reynaud
Vice President and Business Development Manager
Mr. Reynaud joined PPE in 2009 to combine his business development experience with the existing strong management team. Ken
has served successfully as
Vice President of Business Development with the Process Plant Division of Liquid Carbonic Industries and Vice President
of Business Development with Linde AG US (now Linde Gas). Ken has extensive experience in project
planning, project
development and business organization with years of experience in oil and gas production,
chemical manufacturing, and project organization.
Thomas Huynh
Asia Project Director and Country Manager
Mr. Huynh has been with
PPE since 1995 providing his experience to a wide range of
projects in the US, SE Asia and worldwide. Mr. Huynh has BS degrees
in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction
Management, and a Masters in Business Administration. Thomas is
multi-lingual speaking English, French, and Vietnamese. He has
over 20 years of experience in the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream markets.
During his career, Thomas has managed refinery operations and maintenance and
project managed offshore production, gathering and transmission pipe-lines.
He successfully completed major projects including the $1.5B Restart of the
ExxonLago Refinery in Aruba, the $1.5B Rockie Express Pipeline for Kinder-Morgan,
the $1.2B ADNOC Project for URS, and the $20B PCOSI Project for PetroCanada.
